constitute and be the ratification and approval of the Air Line Pilots Association and all the members of the said air line pilots' retirement bill for every and all purposes, including the ALPA efforts to secure the passage thereof at a time deemed most appropriate by the Interim Retirement Committee and Headquarters;

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That before such vote of the members is taken that the Interim Retirement Committee shall have the opportunity to inform the members by correspondence and personal contacts of the contents of the bill and all the parts thereof prior or during the time that the membership vote is taken;

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Air Line Pilots' Retirement Bill be approved with the added condition that reasonable legislating tolerances be permitted in presenting the bill to Congress and ALPA's efforts to secure its passage.
