be prepared by ALPA's Retirement Committee and Mr. Latimer describing the pension plan to the entire membership. This has been done, and in the pages of this pamphlet will be found the answers to the questions most commonly asked by the membership. It requires real study and no small amount of concentration to understand any pension plan, and ALPA's is in the same category.

Any questions any members may have that are not covered in this pamphlet should be directed to the chairman of the Interim Retirement Committee, Mr. Clayon Stiles, 28 Squirrel Hill Road, Roslyn Heights, L.I., N.Y.

Headquarters urges careful perusal of this booklet by all ALPA members. We feel that the knowledge thus gained will give everyone a full and complete picture of what the pension plan ALPA is working on means and all about its overall security factors and effects.
