Dear Mr. Latimer:

Please find enclosed a check for $2409.69 which represents payment of your bill date November 5, 1947, in the same amount, for your services as ALPA's pension legislation consultant.

I am sorry this was slightly delayed but our expenses have been high and it was a matter of waiting until the first quarter dues of 1948 could be collected.

I would like very much to hear from you on the status of this entire project; how much work you have left to do before the bill will be ready to present, and what your plans are generally.

Sincerely yours,
AIR LINE PILOTS ASSOCIATION
