3. In paragraph 5 of subsection (j) of section 4, in line 6 change "twenty-seven" to "thirty-two".

Comment: We discussed this point on your last visit to Washington. This means that any employee who gets 6 quarters of coverage before age 32 will have an insured status for 13 quarters after his 32nd birthday. That is, if he has 6 quarters of employment when he is 20, he has an insured status until the time he is 34 and 3 months. I should think this might satisfy Mr. Sayen.

4. I assume that in having the bill rerun the underlining and striking out which I did by way of explanation in the last draft will be eliminated. Otherwise I think the notations may produce considerable bewilderment to the pilots who try to follow it.
