Attention is invited to the fact that this Preferential Route Bulletin includes segments of airways in the New York Center Area along which groups of adjacent altitudes have been allocated to IFR traffic moving in a single direction of flight, together with some single altitudes along airway segments appropriated specifically to a particular flow direction of IFR traffic opposite to the normal direction for the altitudes as listed below:
