Desirable Qualifications: Ability to write effectively; experience in the writing, editing and production of publications of general informational nature or of a technical nature; the above experience preferably in connection with some aspect of aviation.

Position: CHIEF, DISTRIBUTION SECTION
Grade 6 - ($4,600 - $5,850 a year, Canadian funds)
Duties: Under supervision of a Deputy Chief of Bureau, to be responsible for distribution and sale of the publications and documents of the Organization, including the development and maintenance of mailing lists; to co-operate with the Public Information Section in assuring effective distribution of the Organization's publications; to be in charge of dispatch of all out-going mail and packaging and dispatching of documents. 
Desirable Qualifications: Experience in organizing the distribution of publications, familiarity with national distribution channels (for example, government printing and stationery offices) and commercial publications channels which might be used by the Organization; ability to analyze the needs of the Organization in respect of standard mailing lists.

Position: PERSONNEL ASSISTANT
Grade 7 - ($3,800 - $4,800 a year, Canadian funds)
Duties: Under the general supervision of the Chief of Section to assist in the work of the Section in respect of recruitment of personnel, development of personnel procedures, preparation of periodic reports on staffing, maintenance of staff records and related matters.
Desirable Qualifications: Training in public or business administration; responsible experience in establishment work or in one or more aspects of staff administration such as recruitment, employee welfare, training, etc.; ability to draft reports and memoranda.

Position: PUBLIC INFORMATION ASSISTANT
Grade 8 - ($3,000 - $4,000 a year, Canadian funds)
Duties: To prepare reports on press comment and public opinion on the activities of the organization and on the general topic of international civil aviation.
Desirable Qualifications: Experience in press and opinion survey work, preferable with a knowledge of newspaper and/or magazine work.

Position: SUPERVISOR, INDEX UNIT
Grade 8 - ($3,000 - $4,000 a year, Canadian funds)
Duties: Under general supervision of the Librarian to develop and maintain an index of ICAO documentation, to be available as a comprehensive guide to the publications and documents of the organization; to prepare other indexes of the periodicals and literature in the field of aeronautics as assigned.
