To All ALPA Members - 5 - August 31, 1948

Headquarters and the members of ALPA will carry this battle through to a successful conclusion, and the indications are that it will soon be over. If it isn't, it will make no difference because the attitude of the Association and its members in the National strike battle is the same as in all other battles. Right is on our side and that is a tough ally for anyone to whip. We will be in there pitching until the battle is won no matter if it takes a day - or from now on, and we know we can count on the support of every last member of ALPA until this end is achieved.

Sincerely yours,
AIR LINE PILOTS ASSOCIATION
