Dear Mr. Dykes,

I am in receipt of a letter from the Chief Pilot dated Feb. 14, 1946 of which a copy was sent to you. Because the letter is of such a serious nature and since the letter contains an error of fact, coupled with a tread of [[?]] I therefore feel compelled to write you for the record [[strikethrough]] and if from this for correct them [[strikethrough]]
