Crew Quarters in Bermuda
The company has made the arrangements for crews to stay at the Elbow Beach Club in Bermuda and has requested that ground transportation be supplied by the company whenever possible. However, when the company crew car is not available, flight crews are authorized to use taxi service to and from the airport. If because of late arrivals or early departures it is found desirable to stay close to the airport, crews can request Bermuda personnel to make arrangements to stay at the Harrington House if they so desire.

Tipping at Elbow Beach Hotel
The Elbow Beach Club does not charge Colonial Airlines 10% to cover gratuities. It will therefore be necessary for the crews to tip at the table, to porters and chambermaids. Since the company made this move to the Elbow Beach on the assumption that costs would be the same, such tipping should be kept within this 10% when possible. It should not be necessary to state exactly how much everyone should tip. Just be reasonable and fair.
