Re: Reserve Pilots' Pay Grievance

Gentlemen:

On February 23rd, I returned from Honolulu and this is the first opportunity I have had to communicate with you in reference to Warren Cooper's letter of February 11th, in which he inquires as to whether pilots desire to have Judge Simmons hear the Reserve Pilots' Pay Grievance. I have no comment to make one way or the other except to request that if the pilots desire this grievance to be heard it is necessary that all parties involved be so advised at the earliest time possible, and under no circumstances later than March 8th.

Thanking you for your cooperation and with personal regards, I am

Very truly yours,
AIR LINE PILOTS ASSOCIATION
