Mr. M. A. Gitt
188-40 B 71st Crescent
Flushing, N. Y.

Dear Mr. Gitt:

When you were originally appointed to the committee for investigating and working on the Retirement Plan, Headquarters issued you an advance of $200.00 as a working fund to cover your expenses.

From time to time, you submitted expense reports for expenses incurred, and Headquarters reimbursed you each time you submitted your expenses, thereby bringing this advance back to the original $200.00.

It is my understanding that your work on this Retirement Committee has ceased and, therefore, your Headquarters' Bookkeeping Department would appreciate it if you would favor us with your remittance in the amount of $200.00, so that we may clear your account, as it shows that you were advanced $200.00, and this money has not been accounted for to date.

Your early attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely yours,

AIR LINE PILOTS ASSOCIATION
