defines each. It clearly indicates that Janas' "Special Assignments" of September 16th were in violation of the Agreement, particularly in view of the fact that (1) they were made retroactively and (2) there was absolutely no necessity for the action)

Section 27 (a) "All pilot vacancies shall be bulletined at all stations where pilots are based as far in advance as is practicable."

(The "vacancies" filled by "specially assigned" pilots, on September 16th were never bulletined.)

Section 27 (d) "All pilot vacancies on the Company's transoceanic operation will be bid and assigned in accordance with the pilots' bidding and assignment procedure..."

(These vacancies were never bid or assigned in accordance with Section 27.)
