Re: Gitt vs Colonial

Dear Capt. Gitt:

This will acknowledge yours of April 17th. As indicated in my letter of April 14th, I am in complete agreement with you relative to Judge Simmons' Decision. I am therefore anxious to request a clarification or to take any other steps to fathom his thinking in the matter. At the present time I am entirely occupied with the Baldwin Case and the usual volume of Headquarters work. However, as soon as the Baldwin Case is completed it is my intention to come to New York and discuss with you, Silver and Macklin the entire situation and the nature of the documents to be submitted to Judge Simmons.

Assuring you of my continued cooperation and with best personal regards, I am

Very truly yours,
