Mr. David L. Behncke

My Grievance With The Company Has Now Assumed [[strikethrough]] The [/[strikethrough]] Same Status As Our Contract Negotiation.[[strikethrough]] All Because [/[strikethrough]] that is confusing & Bogged down. [[strikethrough]] Of Young James. [/[strikethrough]] Young Jamas Wants Us To Ask Certain pilots to waive their rights to grieve. Belive this is just like asking us to agree to a no strike clause in one contract.

2 Only way we can successfully combatat this is to throw the whole weight of ACPA through the legal department into the bottle, land legal aid to New York + have them stay here until we gain a victory. We deffinitly need a show up Tarreugtt to pilot Jamas

1 We are now on the defensive on all fronts.
