This will confirm to you my oral statement of yesterday that I will be glad to continue the hearing of your grievance, if you so desire, upon a mutually satisfactory date to be arranged between us. 

In the event I do not hear from you in this regard prior to June 27, I will be constrained to consider the hearing to have been completed and proceed to announce a decision as provided in the agreement.
