Gentlemen:

At the request of Branch T. Dykes, Chairman, Colonial Airlines Piolets System Board of Adjustment, there is transmitted herewith two executed copies of Opinion and Award of Referee in ALPA Case No. 372, Michael A. Gitt v. Colonial Airlines, Inc.

Mr. Dykes suggest that you may desire to sign the Opinion and Award or you may desire to file your own dissenting opinion to such Award. However, in accordance with paragraph (m) of the System Board of Adjustment Agreement, this Award being a majority vote of the board, it is final, binding and conclusive between the Company and the Association and anyone they may represent having an interest in the dispute.

By a copy of this letter I am transmitting an executed copy of the Award and Opinion to Michael A. Gitt and his Counsel, Maurice H. Schy.
