Mr. Louis Justman, Chairman
Cunn Rent Fund Club
78-23 19th Drive
Jackson Heights, Long Is.
New York
February 14, 1950.

Dear Louis,

Re our telephone conversation the latter part of last month, whereby you advised me, that you no longer saw fit to act as chairman of the CRFC (CUNN Rent Fund Club), I would like to take this opportunity to once again express my regret of your decision.

If your action was prompted by the happy circumstance that the CRFC, was no longer required or necessary, than that would be very good news indeed. However as we know, such is not the case.

I do believe that as unofficial Chairman of the "Club", you have personally assumed a responsibility for which not enough appreciation gan be given; However, the necessity for the continuation of CRFC I believe is still paramount, and I know that you are very much aware of this. Perhaps at this time, some one else should take over the responsibility and managment of CRFC.

What is your opinion ?

Have you any suggestions?

In the interest of all concerned, I am taking the liberty of sending a copy of this letter to all of the other contributing members of CRFC. Perhaps in this way, we can get some good concrete suggestion from all concerned;

With best wishes, and a deep appreciation for your past efforts, I am,

Sincerely,
Mike
