The Nose Heater Failed At Ul Before the Ramp Departure.  It Necessitaded A 1:38 Delay.  The Writer Has Experienced A Similar Failure On Other Occasions.

Would It Be Possible To Install An Emergency Position Switch To By-Pass The Auto-Operation Of The Nose Heater?

Such A "Rig" On The Nose Heater If Fesible Might Prevent Future Delays
