1. Name of Fund

COLONIAL AIRLINE PILOTS BENEVOLENT FUND

2. ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE

There shall be a standing committee of 3 men appointed at the inception of the fund to administer it. A Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary and Treasurer. 

Their term of office shall run from January 1 to January 1 of each calendar year. 

CHAIRMAN

The Chairman at the inception of the fund shall be appointed by a majority vote if the Master Executive Council. His term of office shall run for one year at which time he shall retire from the committee. 

VICE CHAIRMAN

The vice chairman, at the inception of the fund, shall be appointed by the chairman. His term of office shall run for one year. At the beginning of the second year he shall automatically become the chairman. 

SECRETARY AND TREASURER

The Secretary and Treasurer, at the inception of the fund, shall be appointed by the chairman. His term of office shall run for one year. At the beginning of the second year he shall automatically become the vice chairman. At the beginning of the third year he shall automatically become the chairman. 

3. DUTIES OF THE ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE

a. To administer the provisions of the Colonial Pilots Benevolent Fund as hereinafter stated. 

b. To investigate and determine the need for dispursements.

c. To collect and dispurse funds. 

d. To be charged with the responsibility of maintaining 100% participation by all Colonial Pilots by making contributions to the fund.
