Dear Ed,
I received your letter of December 23, 1954 in which you advised that I was appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of the Colonial Employees Mutual Fund, Inc.
I deeply appreciate the honor bestowed upon me by the present Board; however, before I formally accept this position I desire to have access to a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation and also a copy of the by-laws of the organization in order that I may properly evaluate the purposes and advantages of serving on the Board.
I would appreciate the information at your convenience.
Sincerely,
E. G. Brady
