6.  The applicants believe and represent that the proposed acquisition Agreement will be consistent with the public interest; that the conditions of Sections 408 and 412 will be fulfilled; that the proposed acquisition will not result in creating a monopoly or monopolies and thereby restrain competition or jeopardize another carrier, and is not adverse to the public interest or otherwise in violation of the Act.
Wherefore, the applicants pray that the Agreement of January 28,1955, between Colonial and Eastern be approved by the Board under Sections 408 and 412 of the Civil Aeronautics Act and any other sections of the Act which may be applicable to such Agreement.
