TO: Mr. W. H. Whatley ADDRESS: MIAGI
FROM: W. R. Krepling ADDRESS:JFKOF
SUBJECT: Retroactive Pay- ALPA Business Date: October 7, 1968
Captain M.A. Gitt

In response to your letter of September 27, 1968 to him, Captain Gitt has requested that the attached reports be forwarded to you for the retroactive pay adjustment due for May 1968 while he was an ALPA business.

He is claiming a total of 16 hours and 28 minutes pay at D8-61 rates as follows:

Day ----- 12:08
Night --- 4:20
Total --- 16:28 - of which 15:01 was in the Company's "Foreign and Overseas Operation".

Captain Gitt questions his retroactive pay for September 1967 in which he was paid a 76 hour guarantee for the month due to the slowdown/work shortage in D8-61 equipment in the early part of September. He would like to know if he is due any additional money from the Company or the ALPA for September 1967. Will you check into this for him and let him know?
