WHEREFORE, complaint Michael A. Gitt further prays that this tribunal issue orders as follows:

(1) That respondent re-hire and re-employ complaint in the capacity of aviation flight instructor, supervisory pilot, test pilot, check pilot, or ferry pilot with all the concomitant renumeration and other benefits attendant to such position, and that his seniority and all other employee rights and privileges be restored to their status quo.

(2) That respondent be ordered to reimburse complain-ant for loss of wages at a salary level fixed for one of the above enumerated pilot positions retroactive to the date wherein complaint first requested such type of pilot position following his retirement at age 60, and received a refusal therein from respondent and/or his agent.

(3) That respondent be ordered to pay all costs incurred in initiating and prosecuting this action, including but not limited to costs comparable to court costs such as filing fees, attorney's fees and other reasonable expenses incurred as a direct result thereof

(4) and further, that this tribunal take such other affirmative action as to it may seem just reasonable in best protecting the rights of complaint, and in effecting the purposes of the law.
