(b) And paragraph (c) of the same page 25 which defines what are considered to be permanent flight instructor or supervisory assignment.

(c) And paragraph (D-1) on the same page 25 which states that "all flight instructors, flight instructor supervisors, supervisory pilot (managers of flying, managers of flight standards and other flight supervisors), pilots assigned to engineering maintenance and flight test section and pilots on specific assignment shall be from the Eastern Airline Pilot's System Seniority List.

(d) And on page 30 of said agreement, section 27-N and specifically Section 27-N-1c wherein it is stated that it is intended that each permanent pilot supervisor will do regular flying for one calendar month in each three calendar months.

(e) And the comparable provision with respect to flight instructors which appears opposite the above section as Section 27-N-1c wherein it is stated that it is intended that for each permanent flight instructor and/or permanent flight instructor supervisor will do regular line flying in one calendar month in each four calendar months.

(f) Any and all other comparable provisions to 27-N-1c and 27-N-2c which apply the same requirement of regular line flying to check pilots, test pilots and ferry pilots as a condition of their initial and continued employment by respondent.
