Please take notice that the Complainant herein submits herewith, pursuant to Rule 8(k) of the Rules of Practice to the proposed order dated January 6, 1970:
1. The decision proposed fails to take into account the fact, amply established on the record, that other airlines furnish flying employment to pilots over age 60 in those categories not prohibited by the Age 60 retirement rule. 
2. The decision proposed wrongfully suggests that the position of flight instructor, which the Complainant could lawfully fill, requires a higher qualification than he now possesses, to wit, that of a line pilot with instructing experience. 
3. The decision proposed fails to reflect a finding of the Complainant's qualifications which are necessarily
