A Both. Our level of training varies, as you can understand, and we have nucleus of permanent instructors who go back to the line periodically and fly. In these periods where we have unusually heavy training loads, we draw temporary instructors who have been previously selected from the group of pilots for this purpose and they will serve for one, two or maybe, three months and then go back on the line, when the particular training load reduces.
