MR. SABLE: Is that correct?
MR. WEISS: Yes.
MR. BAILEY: Is it still August 7th?
MR. BAILEY: I agree with the parties that we will resume this hearing on August 7, 1969, at 2 p.m. in this building and continue through August 8th, starting at 10 a.m. if it is required.
MR. WEISS: May I inquire in terms of my respondent. Has the Complainant finished his case, so that I will know whether we are prepared to start or is there more testimony coming or what?
MR. BAILEY: I don't anticipate anything, except maybe a brief witness, such as this one. Depending on what information Eastern furnishes us with respect to the agreement, I don't anticipate any additional evidence.
MR. SABLE: This hearing is adjourned.
