Dear Captain Gitt:

The Membership Committee has recommended your admission to the Institute in the grade of MEMBER.

A bill for your entrance fee and dues is enclosed. Please indicate on the bill whether or not you desire to receive the Journal of the Aeronautical Sciences and remit accordingly. The bill is to be returned with your remittance.

The enclosed questionnaire regarding your occupational status should be filled in and returned. Any change in your mailing address or business affiliation should be reported promptly to insure proper direction of your mail and to enable us to keep our records current. Your prompt advice in these matters is essential if we are to maintain a high standard of service.

Upon receipt of the forms and remittance, you will become an active member and a membership emblem and card will be sent to you.

A stamped addressed envelope is provided for your convenience.
