10. Remove and rebed all glass in picture frame panel in stationary sash to prevent rain leakage.

11. The front entrance brick slab presently pitches towards the house, causing an accumulation of water against framing. It is recommended that

a) brick slab be relayed properly, pitched out

b) or install new cement slab on present brick slab, properly pitched minimum 4" thick

12. Point up any open joints at brick veneer facing.

13. Owner states that builder, in writing, agreed to install gutter on both sides of driveway. If true, do so. 

14. Caulk around all exterior frames where not protected by roof overhang.

15. Remove surplus concrete from cellar window sills, and have a finished beveled face for water runoff.

16. Recommend electric wiring circuit so that proper switch operated proper lights.

17. In checking inadequate hot water supply, we find that the plumber did not run a complete 3/4" main from meter to end of line. If at all possible to get your plumber to correct same, do so.

18. Owner reports that back bedroom is about six degrees colder than balance of house. Recommend insulating floor at this area, to reduce heat loss.

We would appreciate your completing these items within the next two weeks, and advising us that the matter has been closed. However, if your wish to meet with us prior to the initiation of any of these repairs, we will be happy to make the arrangements.
