Dear Jerry, 

Just alittle [[a little]] note of the things that remain to be done before taking "Title".

1. Caulk up leaks in roof i.e. flashing around waste vent line in roof, Around brick work in chimney, and around louvres in attic. 🗸 

2. Cut grass and clean out weeds in shrubbery in front of house. ( Cut all the grass on the property )

3. Install bell transformer.  Done by Gitt

4. Make permanent repairs to " washout " and erosion in driveway. 🗸

5. Replace broken attachment knobs on mirror in master bathroom. OK 

6. Install missing knobs on kitchen cabinets.  OK

7. Clean out basment. Also clean up garage. Not Done.

8. Clean out waste trap area in basment and cover the area. Done by Half

9. Place kitchen fixture light in full operation (note: only one half of light in operation now.) OK

Clean up the entire premises inside and out and make same livable.

I think I have covered most of the salient features of what remains to be done. If you have any others in mind will you place take care of them also. Should any others occur to me, I will advise you immediately.
