The following are things that require doingin our home.

1. The drive way requires a complete doing over., with curbing and adquate drainage. Preferrably in Blacktop. ✓

2. We need the additional fencing on the top of the Bank.

3. The walk to the front of the house should be securly placed prefferably in concrete.

4. The brick step and brick veener in front of the house needs to be completly doen over. There is foundation under the brick Veener front.

5. The windows frames require resetting and insulating. [[right margin]] And flashing [[/right margin]]

6. All the walls should be chaecked for insulatio n [[insulation]]. [[right margin]] ? [[/right margin]]

7. Trim should be added where required i.e. under the eves, ece . Kitchen & Master Bedroom 1/2 - 1/4 Round Moulding

8. All floor beams in basement should be adequately and properly braced useing [[using]] the proper and suficient materials. The floor should also be leveled and the narrow floorbeams be [[strikethrough]] shm [[/strikethrough]] shimmed up or replaced. ✓

9. The crawlway floor should be checked for the quality and durability of the concrete. Replace in A.1 Condition

10. The doorways to the outside of the building should be checked for leaks and drafts. also flashing

11. The broken picture window frames in the living room replaced.
12. Check all electric wiring for safety and adequacy and proper installation. OK
13. Collect $ 35.00 for having basment [[basement]] cleaned.
14. Check all plumbing for workmanship and materials particularly if proper sizes were used for risers and the main supply lines.
15. Locate and eliminate source of trouble causing hall toilet bowel to become clog. [[right margin]] Hot Water not [[?]] & [[?]] [[/right margin]]
16. Eliminate banging in water pipers. OK.
17. Unable to fill up bath [[strikethrough]] room [[/strikethrough]] tub hot water.
18. Repair all cracks in tile in both bathrooms. ✓
19 Repair all plaster on walls caused by the [[strikethrough]] house [[/strikethrough]] faulty building [[strikethrough]] that [[/strikethrough]] of the house. Also by any repairs that damaged the walls. Refinish with paint and paper where required. ✓
20. Check and repair all flooring where improperly laid.  Rplace [[Replace]] where necessary. ✓
21 Weatherproof and caulk where necessary inside and outside of building. ✓
22. Replace broken stairway [[strikethrough]] to [[/strikethrough]] in basement. ✓
23. Secure all loose shingles, Replace broken ones ✓
24. Refit and realign garage doors ✓
26. Repair crack in fireplace. ✓
27. Repair leaks in roof guter [[gutter]] over porch.
28. have a complete inspection made by some competent person agreeable to us, before and afterwork is completed.
29. The Wenders in our opinion are incable [[incapable]] in adequately do this work. Work should be done by some other competant [[competent]] person, or contractor.
