Dear Jerry:

On August 25th at the time We took Title to our house at 94 Kings Point Road, you were furnished with a letter of the things that were left to be done in order to complete our house.

It was agreed that these things would be done immediately. up until this time, nothing has been done. We have repeatedly called you on the phone, and despite assurances that somebody would be over the next day, nobody has done a bit or work on these premises as agreed to on August 26th.

Now Jerry, how about it?

Furthermore, I advised you this morning that we had a definite seepage of water through the basement wall. Please give this your immediate attention. I am concerned that if this condition should not be corrected before the frost sets in, then the foundation might suffer irreparible [[irreparable]] damage.

This morning on the phone you informed me that the plumber should be here today. It is now # 3:00 P.M. and we have not yet seen your man.

Jerry, I am a patient man, but even a patient man can become impatient. Lets get down to brass tacks, and clean up this mess. Expectantly?

Sincerly [[Sincerely]] yours,
Michael A. Gitt
