Dear Bill:

Like the Cows Tail, I am a little behind in my dues, etc. Could it be that because I am now an octogenarian I am slowing down?????????? HORRORS NOT ME.

You may recall that you had asked me to write something for Our REPA magazine; well I had made a previous attempt to do so and had it completed when LILCO (our electric utility) had a power failure before I could print it. So I will now make another attempt at it.

I am enclosing my check for dues plus; so at least that part of my obligation will be fulfilled.
