States that every thing is moving on in perfect harmony, writes relative to the Stinnett case. States that the people are much incensed with Supt. Black.

Answer that the U.S District Attorney has been directed to defend the Blacks. Their cases will be transferred to the U.S. Courts. Mr Thomas will stand by his sub-ordinates in executing the law and enforcing his orders & regulations  I am sorry your people should think it best to oppose the President in his efforts to secure impartial justice to all men.
