Represents that he purchased real estate in Chattanooga from James M. Ball, which was held by this Bureau as "Abandoned," but that Mr. Ball was loyal and living in New York, and that to avoid trouble he paid amount for said property to this Bureau $113.50 and that he was told this sum would be refunded when the property was restored to him.
Petitions accordingly.
