In compliance with Special Orders No 3 I have the honor to report that I attended the Court at Spring field Robertson Co. Tenn, on behalf of the Bureau R.F. and A.L. in the case of the burning and robery of the house of Solomon Adams (Col'd} on the 26th day of Dec 1866.

Enika Stanley, Henry Stanley and Tabe Ring were arrested for the perpetration of said offenses by the Military on the 6th day of Jany 1867, and brought before the Civil Court for committal at Springfield Tenn on Tuesday the 8th day of Jany 1867.

The property burned belonged to J.W. Powell and was attached to his house and distant about 10 miles from Springfield on the lower Russellville road in Robertson County Tenn, After a thorough investigation of the case
