At the request of Col. John R Henry - formerly Agent of the Bureau at this place - I have the honor respectfully to submit the following statement with reference to a suit which has lately been decided in the Chancery Court, at this place, - in which John B. Boyd was Plaintiff, and Col Jno. R. Henry, and certain colored persons were Defendants; and in which the costs of the Case - amounting to $26.10/100 - were adjudged against Col Jno. R. Henry,
