General
I have the honor to submit the following report for the month ending the 31st day of March 1866 I have registered twenty (29) nine contracts - labourers contracted for as follows to wit
Adult Males 14
Adult Females 19
Minor children over 14 years old 12
Minor children under 14 years old 49
Minor under care of Supt &c -  2
Fines & forfeitures none
No Rations, medicines, or clothing called for or issued - There still continues considerable pridudice in some portions of the county against Freedmen and the Bureau. I have expended for fuel & Stationary for the use of the office $3.00. Very Respectfully your Obedient Servant
