Will you please investigate the case and inform me of the result of your investigation. Your father Jack Edwards complains that you treat him very unjustly in reference to a mule he bought of you for $50.00 and was to have 5 years time to pay for it. Your treatment would not be right toward any man but especially toward your Father. You will either let him have the mule for which he mare was traded or call at this Office and explain the matter and save further trouble. You have no claim to the mule whatever. Yours &c H. C.
