No part of the crop is to be moved only by the order or permission of the employer or his agent Wm [?] Out of the Crop of corn raised the team used in making the crop is to be fed after it has reached the state of maturity usual, also for be and for bread for family use &cc
 
The employer agrees to look to the interest and morals of the employed and they agree to be the respectful in their deportment and to look to the interest of the employer in all things.

In short the laborers to be active and industrious in their work and the farm to be conducted as common the [?] the portion specified above
Should any specification be omitted it will be settled according to customs 

for loss of time proper deduction to be made and to abandon the premises or leave the employ of said employer will subject the party to the regulation of the Bureau in such cases, Should the employer desire the services of either of the women above named at his place of residence, then such compensation to be allowed as will be equal to this part of the crop.
