on said farm damages one to be paid in proper time to the damages. Any hand quitting work or refusing to do his or her duty is to be discharged and forfeits what work they may have done for the said J.H. Bowers he furnishing another hand if necessary. No visiting or receiving visitors during work hours. Visitors will not be permitted to visit or congregate on said farm without special permission from the proprietor J.H. Bowers. No live stock guns or pistols will be allowed on said farm without special permission, a fine of one dollars will be assessed for every violation of any of the specifications of this contract or a violation of any plane well understood order in regard to work on said farm. All lost time either from sickness or any other cause to be reported weekly or dayly and the said Bowers to keep acct of the same which is to be deducted in a final settlement at the end of the year at such prices for day as labor was worth at the time lost. The wife of Jack Wood is to do the said Bowers cooking and other house work also to cook for her own family, the said Bowers is to feed her and give her the usual clothing for hired servants for her services, the woman Betty to be respectful and obedient to the said Bowers and his family Witness our hands and seals Jany 1st 1866
