This is my first transcription, let me know if I should have done something different. The name of the bureau is RF&AL. When you see letters jammed up in the signature line, see if you can pick those out. Also, when there are names in the body of the letter or the signature, go forward and back to see if you can find anyone else who's been able to transcribe a name, or find a place where the name is spelled more clearly. When the names of Counties are written out (Hardeman, even though it's supposed to be spelled Hardman... that's an original error, so transcribe it as written, which you did :D) the letters after are Co (for COUNTY). Sometimes the little "o" is hard to read.
