Hardeman cty } Articles of agreement between David Macon of the first part & Mark Panky & family of the second part said Macon agrees to furnish said Mark & family thirty five acrs of Land one mule one horse tolls to cultivate the same for 1866 & said Macon futher agre to furnish feed for team & Rations for Mark Panky & family for said year & said Mark Panky [[?]] to pay said said Macon for all feede and Rations furnished by him at cost prices to be paid out of the crops raised by Mark Panky and family said Macon agree that Mark and family may clear land and will owe per acre for all that he clears paid Mark Panky is not to pay rent on the Land that he clears said Mark agrees not to have parties without the consent of said Macon said Macon agree to give said Mark Panky one half of all the crop raisd on the 35 acres land said Mark agrees to build his cabbins to live in free of cost. said Macon agree that Mark may raise chickens. Said Mark Panky agrees to repair the fence around said 35 acre land said Macon agrees to pay Mark Panky one Dollar per hundred for all the rails he may [[?set]] Witness our hands at office this the 28th Dec 1865
