Know all men by these presents, that J.H. Robinson of the one part & Sanco Robinson of the other part, Witnesseth J.H. Robinson is to furnish Sanco & Family fifty acres of land, 2 mules or horses & corn to feed them & necesary farming tools; and agree if Sanco removes a cabin he may raise chickens but no other stock; and Sanco on his part agrees to cultivate said land and do all necessary repairing on the plantation such as fencing opening ditches sprouting, Manuring &c he is to take good care of any stock entrusted to him such as feeding regularly watering & currying for which Robinson agrees to give him one half the nett proceeds of the land he cultivates. Sanco agrees to be respectful and obedient and demean himself & family in a becoming manner he is not or his family to trade labor or trafick with other partes and acknowledge Robinson or any person he may chose as supervisor; We I.H. Robinson and Sanco & family are bound for the faithful performance of this contract under such fines or penaltes as may be Imposed by Mr J.D. Ussery
