Know all men by these presents that J.H. Robinson of the one part and Mariah Moore of the other part witnesseth that J.H. Robinson is to furnish Mariah Moore land and one horse or mule and corn to feed the animal necessary farming tools [[strikethrough]] and agrees [[/strikethrough]] Mariah agrees on her part to cultivate said land do all necessary repairing on the plantation such as fencing opening ditches sprouting and cleaning out fence rows manning.  She and her daughter Milly is to take care of any stock entrusted to them and for which the said Robinson is to give the one half of the nett proceeds of the crop raised by them and it is further agreed that her and Daughter is to live with Mrs. Sarah E. Robinson wife of J.H. Robinson and perform all the duties incumbent on a house servant. Such as washing, ironing, cooking and washing and obey Mrs. Robinson as in times past and for her services J.H. Robinson is to give Flora one hundred and thirty dollars 2 summer suit & 1 winter suit of clothing and feed her and Mariah and flora Milly are to be Respectful obedient and [[?]] and behave in a becoming manner and devote their whole time to the duties required By Robinson or his supervisor.  It is agreed that they shall not trade traffic visit or assosiate with any other person or persons or entertain company contrary to the wish of said Robinson or any agent or supervisor he may choose we and each of the above Bounden agrees most respefully to submit to the penalties or fines that may be imposed on on account of nonperformance of Duty or contract. by Mr. J.D.
