as well as possible the lands planted finding themselves in provisions clothing & paying their own Doctor's bills. They also agree to keep wood for the sd Dodsons fire places, cut & ready for use to do all necessary Milling & hauling in general such as gathering & carrying the crop to market, etc etc
And also agree to make rails sufficient & haul & repair all fences around the lands planted so as to make the crop safe from the breaking in of stock &c, on the following conditions Viz: that the Sd Dodson is to have three fifths & the sd party of the second part two fifths of of the Corn & Cotton produced, and the parties are to have a Potatoe patch Turnip Patch &c in Common
