State of Tenn Hardeman County Jan the 4th 1866. This agreement entered into this day between Isaac H. Moore of the one part and Jesse Bailey and Harry Moore of the other part The obligation of the above is that Jesse Bailey and Harry Moore has this day agreeded to work [[strikethrough]] for [[/strikethrough]] with said Moore for the year 1866 and obey his orders and said Moore is to give them half of the cotton raised on twenty acres of land Said Jesse Bailey and Harry Moore are to furnish their own clothes and pay their own Doctor Bills Isaac H. Moore of the one part and Fanny T Toon of the other part the obligation of the above is that Fanny Toon has this day agreed to work with said Moore for the year 1866 and obey his orders and said Moore is to furnish her with one acre and a half of ground to cultivate in cotton which said Moore is to give her time to cultivate well and pick said crop out Said Fanny Toon is to furnish her own clothes and to pay her own Doctor Bill Nathaniel B.
