This contract entered into between Manuel Harkins of the first part & H Black of the second part is as followes
Said Manuel Harkins wife is to do two days washing and ironing for said H Blacks family in each week for which H. Black is to let the said Manuel Harkins & his family have the use of a certain cabin twelve months.  Also Manuel Harkins is to give to H. Black one of his daughters named Rhoda who is to perform all the duties of a servant girl & obey the reasonable commands of her imployers &c for the consideration of Six dollars for the month to be paid at the close of 1866 including one suit of cloths for said Rhoda. Medical attention is to be given the family free of charge by H. Black
