the parties of the second part do further agree to be kind and respectfull to the children and family of the first part- and rise early and get to work and loose no unnecessary time- from business The crop is to be gathered the cotton picked and the party of second part is to receive you share in cotton or the nett proceeds in money he further agrees to assist in sowing and saveing a reasonable quantity of oats to feed team he also agrees to assist in saveing the wheat now sowed in the farm free from charge The the party of the second part agrees to furnish teams and oats and forage to feed teams. The party of second part agrees to take good care of the team and to feed it regularly and assist in ginning and picking the remnant of cotton of the crop of 1865 now in the gin free from charge.
