the said Jacob Nappier do further agree to assist in sowing a reasonable quantity of oats to feed the team and assist in saveing them also the wheat now sowed on the farm free from extra charge he further agrees to assist in reframing fences-gates, and any other necessary work on the farm to feed his teams regularly and not abuse them and to rise early get to work early-stop a reasonable time at dinner to feed and rest teams and work until sunsett he is to furnish rations for Jane and the two youngest children or pay me the market price of & furnish him and all are to be respectfull and obedient to the said E.G. Coleman and his family and obey him in all his reasonable orders- to assist in ginning and making the remnant of cotton of 1865 now in the gin pres [[strikethrough]] the portion of the seed [[/strikethrough]] The said E.G. Coleman agrees to give the said parties of the second part one third of the cotton corn and fodder raised by himself and family as pay for their services - for the year 1866 -
